The Directors of the Company have over 25 years combined experience in the finance industry in Nigeria and have worked in financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Ltd, Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, Fidelity Bank, Diamond Bank Plc (now Access Bank Plc), UBA Plc, etc. Over the span of their careers, they have acquired invaluable experience in Leadership, Business Development and Relationship Management, and Banking Operations Management both in the Commercial Banking space and in the Microfinance Banking space.

Nneka is the Executive Director of Max Capital Investment Limited. She is a seasoned banker with the vast of her experience in Branch Operations. She started her career with Fidelity Bank Plc as a Customer Service Officer in 2008 and holds a B.Sc in Applied Microbiology & Brewing from Nnamdi Azikiwe University

Damilola is the Head, Sales and Marketing. He joined the Max Capital from Mkobo Microfinance Bank Ltd where he worked as Team Lead, Business Development and Partnership.
Damilola also worked with Access Bank Plc as Team Member, Retail Operations. He graduated from the University of Lagos with a B.Sc in Zoology and a Masters in Risk Management.

Kehinde is the Head, Finance and Credit Risk Management. He joined the organization with over 10-year experience in Audit and Finance. He worked with Biodun Oloyede & Co (Chattered Accountants) and later moved to Health Plus Ltd where he held various leadership roles. Kehinde obtained a BSc in Accountancy from Achievers University and has bagged various leadership trainings and certifications in sales management, reputational risk, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing to name a few.

Precious is the Head, Customer Experience at Max Capital. She holds a B.Sc in Micro Biology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture. She had worked with Chukwuma Nwaubani Law Chambers before joining Max Capital.
As Head, Customer Experience, Precious is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Max Capital’s initiatives that improve our customer relations and brand loyalty.
